1. Dock Wi-Fi disconnect during usage(exclamation mark show up beside Wi-Fi mark on screen)

Reason: Dock disconnects from Wi-Fi router
Solution: Make sure dock is within Wi-Fi signal coverage of router and router is operating well

Reason: Disconnect from cloud server
Solution: Make sure internet service is available

2. Fail to display outdoor PM2.5 data on Dock screen

Reason: Dock disconnect to internet
Solution: Refer to above solution for Wi-Fi connection issue

Reason: User rejects to grant location access to app during Dock configuration
Solution: Manually select city in Dock setting page

Reason: No published data available for certain city on national environment data center(Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China)
Solution: Keep monitoring until trustful data available

3. Dock LCD screen display error

Problem: All icon shows on screen or showing unreadable code
Reason: Firmware error
Solution: Go through changing or refunding process if applicable to guarantee clause

Problem: Screen become dark
Reason:  
[1] Dock enters into sleep mode 
[2] Dock is rebooting after firmware upgrade 
[3] Cube battery undercharges (when operating without USB cable) 
Solution: 
[1] Short press Dock button to turn on screen 
[2] Short press Dock button. If not work, plug off electricity and reboot 
[3] Charge with USB cable

Problem: No Cube test data
Reason: Cube is not connecting well to Dock
Solution: Re-insert Cube into Dock

Problem: No temperature/humidity data on screen
Reason: Temperature/humidity sensor damage
Solution: Go through changing or refunding process if applicable to guarantee clause
